Lake Berkley 3 Bedroom Private Pool Home close to Disney

Very comfortable and well-appointed private 3-bedroom pool home in a 24-hour guard gated community. This home and pool is NOT a shared home, it’s all yours during your stay! The home has a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and 2 twin beds. Located in safe and quiet gated neighborhood that is 10 miles from Disney. Walmart Superstore and Aldi supermarket is half a mile away. The garage has been converted to a playroom featuring a full-sized pool table and a tv. Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Guests can use the entire home and the converted playroom garage.

I am offsite but available for any questions or requests you may have to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Great and safe 24-hour guard gated community. Will need to present your ID at the gate when entering to receive your parking permit for your stay. You will need a car to get around. There is no public transportation available. Private pool can be heated for an additional fee ($35 per day and 3 days minimum) and we recommend from October through April stays.
